2012--Is it possible??

In retrospect to the film 2012, i think that it is indeed possible. Also in collaboration to The Day After Tommorrow, it is more likely that the earth's ocean will rise and cause major flooding and detereriation of the continents. Should that happen, I think there are indeed some solutions. People could colonize a city in space or possilby underwater. Nevertheless I dont think people are ready to take action so the best idea would be to perserve the atmosphere and keep the world as we know it stable.
